The Ottawa Regional Contact Centre Association (ORCCA) is a not-for-profit organization supporting the contact centre community in Canada’s National Capital region.
ORCCA is committed to supporting a vibrant, professional contact centre community by recognizing excellence, providing strategic networking opportunities, and sharing key industry knowledge and innovations.
Becoming a Sponsor or Partner has many benefits and participating in events and networking opportunities will provide valuable insights into current issues facing contact centre management and the industry.
ORCCA held its first official meeting on July 24, 1997 with approximately 25 of the region’s contact centres in attendance. Since that time, interest in the association has grown to a current membership of approximately 150 companies and individuals. While membership is reserved for contact centre employees; vendors and suppliers are welcome to participate through sponsorship & partnership opportunities. We currently have many sponsors and partners and appreciate their continued support.
